In Leaf and String, we will be combining eco-printing with both traditional and experimental shibori techniques, to create complex patterns on clothing and fabric.
This course is 4 weeks long, and each week you will learn 2 techniques for combining shibori and eco-printing. You will be encouraged to ‘choose your own adventure’ – each lesson is just a starting point, and you will be able to choose which fabric, mordants, leaves and dyes to combine, to create your own individual results. There will be suggestions each week for variations to try.
